Session Spotlight: What effects will the drug delivery industry specifically feel from the election results?


Now that we’re over a week beyond the presidential election there are some things we know: The Affordable Care Act will not be repealed and those initiatives that hadn’t yet begun will be rolled out in the coming years. While drug delivery is a very specific and integral part of the pharmaceutical industry, it still feels the effects of legislative change. This executive panel session will discuss how the industry is moving forward through the regulatory system and how the current political landscape may affect reimbursement.

Session: How Has the Political Climate Affected Drug Development and Delivery and How is the Industry Coping?

About the Session: By February, we’ll have re-elected or inaugurated a new President and we can only speculate how the election will affect the industry at this moment. In this panel session, senior executive policy leaders from many facets of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry convene to discuss how the industry is moving forward through the regulatory system and how the current political landscape is affecting reimbursement.
