In this segment, Goetz examines how health system can improve simply by listening to patient feedback. Things in the healthcare industry have moved at a slow pace, but simply listening and discussing tasks with patients can help many of the patients in the industry understand more about their healthcare.  Can you read your blood test?  Goetz gives a suggestion as to how the information can be presented.
